Service business management student, group 002 (group 3), Faculty of Management Science Organized an academic seminar and service to society on the topic "Turn around the insurance business crisis. A new choice for service business" through an online system with the Google Meet program, which was honored by the speaker Khun Jaithip Boonthuan, owner of the company's representative office. Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance Public Company Limited, Nonthaburi Office Lectures provide knowledge and exchange experiences directly with the seminar participants. The speakers gave the essence of this seminar that “Personality and service are very important in the insurance business. Must look good and clean Because personality is the first thing that customers experience. and must be sincere with customers be a good listener Taking care of customers as if they were our relatives.” The seminar achieved its objectives with Assistant Professor Dr. Sittichai Thamsane as a project advisor.
