
Recently, service business management student, group 002 (group 2), Faculty of Management Science organized an academic seminar and social service project entitled "Knowing, Accepting, Changing … Service Masters" via online system with Google Meet program, which was honored by Mr. Thanaphat Thammakalayakul Service Lecturer who transfers knowledge from direct experience and real success. as a speaker to give knowledge and share experiences directly with the seminar participants by the essence that the speaker has said “Keys to Success in Service Know your customer Listen more. Saying less can turn criticism into appreciation. Knowing is equal to knowing the problem. Accepting is equal to dealing with the situation in front of you. whether in the current situation or in the future adjusting equals adjusting errors based on customer feedback. Change equal to change and develop to reduce problems in the future” for the seminar to achieve the objectives. with Assistant Professor Dr. Sittichai Thammasane as the project advisor.
