Loy Krathong is a ceremony that is usually held on the night of the full moon of the 12th lunar month or the 15th day of the waxing moon of the 12th lunar month, which is the full moon day and the time when the water is full. Flowers, incense, candles, or objects are placed in various shapes that do not sink, such as krathongs, boats, rafts, lotus flowers, etc., and then floated down the river. There are various purposes and beliefs. This year, Loy Krathong falls on November 15, 2024.
