On February 5-7, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Chutima Klaysung, Dean of the Faculty of Management Science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, participated in the training and practical training of the project on management training towards excellence according to the guidelines of the National Quality Award (Thailand Quality Award – TQA), TQA Criteria course, 2nd generation, organized by the National Productivity Institute, which was honored by Assistant Professor Dr. Nontawat Sukphol, Advisor to the Government Savings Bank on the assessment of state enterprise quality according to the SE-AM/TQA criteria, an expert in assessment and technical subcommittee of the National Quality Award, the National Productivity Institute, a professional qualification in human resource management level 7 (highest), the Professional Qualification Institute, as a lecturer. Executives of educational management units from Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University and executives of other agencies attended the training at the Wasukri Room, 5th floor, Amari Bangkok Hotel (Pratunam), Bangkok.

        The purpose of this training was to create an understanding of the guidelines for developing organizations towards excellence according to the guidelines of the National Quality Award criteria, introduce guidelines for managing challenging and rapidly changing organizational contexts, and introduce the study of the National Quality Award criteria and their application to other criteria or to further develop related skills in depth.
