Recently, the International Business Program, Faculty of Management Science organized a seminar on 'Thailand and the Direction of Trade, Relations and Opportunities with the People's Republic of China', which is part of the teaching activities in the International Business Law course. In this event, we were honored to have Mr. Parames Wittayaraksan, Member of the House of Representatives, Bangkok, as a speaker and exchange ideas. International Business students and those interested joined the seminar at the Mini Theater, Building 57, 6th floor, Faculty of Management Science.

"I am honored to be invited to give a lecture and exchange ideas on the topic 'Thailand and the Direction of Trade, Relations and Opportunities with the People's Republic of China' with International Business Law students, Faculty of Management Science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. Thailand and China have close relations in terms of economy, trade, investment and culture, all of which affect the opportunities for Thai businesses in the future, whether it is expanding export markets, attracting investment or becoming a regional logistics hub. However, today's world is full of geopolitical challenges, whether it is competition between superpowers, uncertainty in the global supply chain and changes in the international economic order.

Thailand must adapt to the changing context by using our strengths as the center of ASEAN and a major trading partner of China to the greatest extent possible. Understanding both opportunities and risks from the global situation will help Thai businesses plan strategically and move forward steadily. Thank you to all teachers and students for the warm welcome and excellent questions. I hope today will be another important step to fill everyone with knowledge and inspire them,” concluded Mr. Parames Wittayaraksan.
