
On March 24–26, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Pongsawee Supanonth, The Deputy Dean for Student Affairs from the Faculty of Management Science, joined a workshop to improve soft skills using a method called Social Engineering. The workshop was for teachers and staff from Rajabhat Universities in the Rattanakosin Group.
The event was opened by Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. Dr. Somsak Klaysung, Vice President for Student Affairs, also gave a speech. Many university teachers and staff joined the workshop at Suwaphak Niwet Room, Faculty of Management Science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
The purpose of the workshop:
- To help teachers and staff develop soft skills.
- To prepare them to teach these skills to students.
- To support national education plans.
- To help Rajabhat Universities support local community development.
The main speaker was Dr. Nongrat Isaro, who talked about:
- 5 tools to become a social engineer.
- How to teach and apply these tools.
- How to help students learn through real-world experiences.
- How to coach students while working in the community.
- How to improve learning through sharing and teamwork.
What the workshop aimed to do:
It helped teachers and staff improve their soft skills so they can pass them on to students. This will help students grow into social engineers who can help their communities.
