
On April 24, 2025 at 3:30 p.m.,
Assistant Professor Dr. Chutima
Klaysung, Dean of the Faculty of
Management Science, joined the Ganesha
worship ceremony and bestowed blessings
on Suan Sunandha. The statue was invited
to be enshrined in front of the Faculty
of Fine Arts, with Associate Professor
Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, as
the chairman of the ceremony. The
worship ceremony was honored by Phra
Maha Ratchakhru Phitthi Sriwisutthikun,
who presided over the ceremony and read
the announcement of the worship,
scattered rice and flowers, offered holy
water, and anointed the Ganesha statue.
Executives, lecturers, personnel,
students, and honored guests joined the
ceremony. The atmosphere of the ceremony
was filled with faith from those who
attended. There were offerings and
garlands to Ganesha and bestowed
blessings on Suan Sunandha for good
fortune.
Ganesha bestowed blessings on Suan
Sunandha It is a design and prototype
sculpted by Mr. Thongchai Srisukprasit,
an artist who is an expert in Buddhist
art. This posture is seated in an
elegant manner, holding four arms, each
of which holds a sacred object with
meaning, including a trident, a noose
(pasha), a broken tusk, a conch, and a
mouse, which is the main attendant of
Lord Ganesha.
As for Lord Ganesha
bestowing blessings on Suan Sunandha, it
is enshrined at the 60th Anniversary
Chalermprakiat Building, Maha
Vajiralongkorn (Building 58), Faculty of
Fine Arts, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University.
