On November 5, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Chutima Klaysung, Dean of the Faculty of Management Science, participated in the annual Loy Krathong tradition for 2025. Associate Professor Dr. Chutikan Srivibul, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, presided over the event. University administrators, vice presidents, deans, faculty, staff, and students attended the event at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.

The Loy Krathong tradition falls on the full moon day of the 12th lunar month. It is held to express gratitude to the river for providing us with food and water, as well as to apologize to the Goddess of the River for impure waters. It also serves as a way to ward off bad luck. The belief is that floating away suffering, sorrow, illness, and bad things with the river is essential. Importantly, it preserves ancient Thai traditions and promotes tourism.
