Assistant Professor Dr. Chutima Klaysung, Dean of the Faculty of Management Science, led a team of new lecturers and academic support staff to participate in the SSRU Smart Start New Staff Orientation Program 2025, organized by the Human Resources Division for academic and support staff. The program featured special lectures by Associate Professor Dr. Luedech Girdvichai, Chairman of the Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Council, on the topic “A New Step in the Working World with Suan Sunandha”; Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, on the topic “Knowing Your Role, Knowing Your Responsibilities, Because We Are Suan Sunandha”; Associate Professor Dr. Komsan Sommanawat, Vice President for Administration, on the topic “How to Adjust Your Work Paradigm for Success”; Associate Professor Dr. Nanthiya Noichan, Secretary of the Academic Position Review Committee, on the topic “The Path to Academic Advancement”; and Mr. Chamni Nil-arun, a human resources expert, on the topic... “The Career Advancement Path for Academic Support Staff” and Dr. Jiranuwat Kampliw, a lecturer from the Department of Recreation, Faculty of Physical Education, Srinakharinwirot University, served as speakers for the Ice Breaking activity “Smart Start Connection” to promote organizational loyalty, commitment, and build relationships among new personnel. This project was organized to enhance understanding of the organization's roles, responsibilities, vision, mission, and values. The event included lectures from experts, team-building activities, and ice-breaking sessions to foster camaraderie among new employees and prepare them for confident work. It was held at Bay Beach Resort Jomtien, Chonburi Province.
