The Human Resource Management program, Faculty of Management Science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, in collaboration with HR Consult Co., Ltd., organized a workshop on knowledge sharing for educational institutions to prepare students for careers in human resource management. The event was held at the Suwapakh Niwet Conference Room.
     Faculty members and students in the Human Resource Management program recognize the importance of academic preparation, enhancing student capabilities to keep pace with the changing labor market, and inspiring systematic and sustainable career planning.
         This workshop served as a platform for transferring professional knowledge, providing students with the opportunity to learn from the direct experiences of human resource management professionals. This is a crucial approach in bridging classroom knowledge to practical application, leading to the production of high-quality graduates who truly meet the needs of the labor market.
