Third-year students from
the Human Resource Management program,
Faculty of Management Science, Suan
Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized
a seminar on the topic "HR WITH
HEART: Managing People with Heart"
to promote knowledge in human resource
management and develop students'
potential for the future workforce. The
event was presided over by Assistant
Professor Dr. Chutima Klaysung, Dean of
the Faculty of Management Science, with
the opening remarks given by Assistant
Professor Dr. Jeeraphan Chanwichien,
Vice Dean for Business Development and
Fundraising, and Ms. Premjai Uejit, Head
of the Human Resource Management
program. Faculty members from the
program, including Assistant Professor
Dr. Arnop Panphuang (project advisor),
Assistant Professor Dr. Siri-orn
Champathong, and Ms. Khajirat Phumphruk,
also participated in the event, held at
the Mini Theater, 6th floor, Building
57, Faculty of Management
Science.
The seminar featured Ms. Napaporn
Traiwitwareekul (DJ Aoy), a renowned
speaker in communication and motivation,
who shared her experiences and insights
on understanding people, creating
inspiration in life, and sharing
psychological perspectives. The seminar
included sessions on self-development,
time management, and coping with work
pressure, allowing participants to learn
the concept of "HR WITH
HEART," or managing people with
empathy.
The
atmosphere was warm and friendly, with a
large number of students and interested
individuals in attendance. The
activities were filled with the exchange
of knowledge and experiences between
speakers and participants, opening up
new perspectives on self-development and
inspiring them in both their work and
lives.
This
seminar was another important activity
that enhanced the learning experience
for students, providing them with the
opportunity to learn from qualified
speakers and apply the acquired
knowledge to their personal development
and future careers in human resource
management.
Ms. Napaporn
Traiwitwareekul, or "DJ Aoy,"
stated, "The HR WITH HEART concept
doesn't just mean managing people
with empathy, but also reflects the
importance of listening. The word HEART
has the word EAR in the middle,
signifying that if you want to reach
people's hearts, you need to start
by listening more. Because attentive
listening leads to understanding, trust,
and good working
relationships."
