
The Marketing Program, Faculty of Management Science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized a seminar titled “Authenticity Wins: Authentic Content Strategies to Win Consumers in the Digital Era” at Mini Theater Room 5763, Building 57, Faculty of Management Science. The seminar aimed to enhance knowledge of digital marketing among students and participants.
The seminar was honored by the presence of Ms. Thipphawan Pikunthong (Thip), owner of the Jolieu brand, and Ms. Wansarat Prasertkaew (Jane), owner of the Elegantgirl brand, as guest speakers. They shared their real-life experiences in content creation, brand identity development, and the use of authenticity in marketing communication to build trust and strong relationships with consumers.
The objectives of this seminar were to raise awareness of the importance of authenticity in marketing communication and its impact on consumer trust in the digital era. It also aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge and understanding of concepts and strategies for creating authentic, transparent content that aligns with brand identity.
Furthermore, the seminar encouraged participants to apply the knowledge and ideas gained to create effective marketing content and communication strategies in the digital era. It also aimed to support participants in building credibility, increasing income opportunities, and further developing their businesses in the future.
