Faculty members from the Human Resource Management program participated in evaluating students participating in the Cooperative and Work Integrated Education (CWIE) project of Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited and Pathum Thani Concrete Company Limited. The students presented their knowledge through reflective learning from integrated work experiences linked to their courses in the second semester of the 2025 academic year.
On April 3, 2026, students from the Human Resource Management program participated in the Cooperative and Work Integrated Education (CWIE) project in the second semester of the 2025 academic year. Mr. Nithichot Jamsawang participated in the project with Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited, and Ms. Nattawadee Waipanya participated with Pathum Thani Concrete Company Limited. The evaluation was overseen by Assistant Professor Premjai Uejit, Head of the Human Resource Management program, along with faculty members from the program including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thanasuwit Thabiranrak, Assistant Professor Siri-orn Champathong, and Dr. Jeeraphan. Associate Professor Chanwichien and Assistant Professor Khajirat Phumphruk attended the presentation of knowledge gained through reflective learning from integrated work linked to the academic subjects studied, and provided feedback for application in future work. The students will continue working with the company until October 2026.
The Cooperative and Work Integrated Education (CWIE) project allows students to learn at the higher education institution alongside real-world work experience with external organizations (Work-based Learning). This enables students to develop a wide range of skills, including professional skills (hard skills) and interpersonal skills (soft skills), aligning with the needs of the labor market and preparing them for the real world of work. By linking the application of knowledge to practice, developing and expanding knowledge to create innovation and new knowledge, students gain enhanced potential and competence, ready for the real world of work.
In this regard, the Human Resource Management Program, Faculty of Management Science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, would like to thank Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited and Pathum Thani Concrete Company Limited for giving students the opportunity to learn while working in the Cooperative and Work Integrated Education (CWIE) project.
