On April 22, 2026, Assistant
Professor Dr. Chutima Klaysung, Dean of
the Faculty of Management Science, Suan
Sunandha Rajabhat University, gave a
live telephone interview on the program
“Catching the News,”
broadcast on the Radio Thailand FM 92.5
and FM 95.5, hosted by Mr. Sakan
Kaewprachant, from 6:20 PM to 6:40
PM.
This interview
reflected important perspectives on the
direction of learning in management and
business administration in the rapidly
changing digital age. Assistant
Professor Dr. Chutima, Dean of the
Faculty of Management Science, stated
that starting a successful business
today requires a deep understanding of
consumers, analyzing market trends, and
using data as a basis for
decision-making, coupled with the
development of digital skills, online
marketing, innovation, and creativity to
build sustainable
competitiveness.
Regarding students, it was found that
new generation students are increasingly
interested in entrepreneurship and
working in modern, technology-driven
organizations. This aligns with the
labor market's demand for personnel
with well-rounded skills, rapid
adaptability, and innovative
thinking.
As for curriculum
development, the Faculty of Management
Science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University... The faculty has upgraded
its teaching methods with an integrated
approach combining business
administration, accounting, and
economics. It provides students with
opportunities to learn through
real-world experiences, embedding
themselves in businesses to enhance
their professional skills and relevant
market-oriented experience.
Another key highlight is
the "Duo Mentorship" system,
which fosters collaboration between
faculty and business experts. These
mentors closely guide students,
promoting intensive theoretical and
practical learning and developing
students' potential to become
professional graduates ready for
employment.
In
terms of technology and artificial
intelligence (AI), the faculty has
integrated it into all curricula. This
includes adding relevant courses,
utilizing specialized software in
finance and accounting, and learning
through digital platforms. This ensures
students possess effective technological
skills and can use AI
"intelligently."
Furthermore,
technology is used to create virtual
business simulations, allowing students
to practice business management in
simulated scenarios, enhancing their
decision-making, analytical, and
problem-solving skills in the real
business world.
Concluding the interview, Assistant
Professor Dr. Chutima emphasized that
"academic quality" remains the
cornerstone of modern education. It must
encompass practical knowledge,
systematic analytical thinking, and the
ability to sustainably contribute to
personal, organizational, and societal
development, even as AI plays an
increasingly significant role. But the
key is to integrate technology with
"humanity," continuous
learning, embracing new things, not
being bound by old knowledge, and not
being "a full glass of
water."
This interview reflects the role of
educational institutions in preparing
the next generation to keep pace with
the digital age and compete on the
international stage in a stable and
sustainable manner.
