It must encompass practical knowledge, systematic analytical thinking,
and the ability to sustainably contribute to personal, organizational, and societal development.
Even with the increasing role of AI, the key remains the integration
of technology with “humanity,” continuous learning, openness to new things, avoiding rigidity and complacency, and not being "a full glass of water."
