        The Student Affairs and Arts and Culture Division of the Faculty of Management Science organized the "Developing Future Leaders' Potential Towards Excellence through Soft Skills Combined with Field Trips" project from April 25-27, 2026, at Ton Nam Phet Resort, Kaeng Krachan District, Phetchaburi Province. Assistant Professor Dr. Chutima Klaysung, Dean of the Faculty of Management Science, presided over the opening ceremony and inspected the activities at various learning stations.
In this regard, the following administrators also participated in monitoring and supervising the project:          Assistant Professor Dr. Pongsawee Supanonth, Vice Dean for Student Affairs, and Dr. Jeeraphan Chanwichien, Vice Dean for Business Development and Fundraising. Students from the first to third years of the Faculty of Management Science Student Club participated in the activities.
      The project activities included academic lectures on key topics such as "Student Leadership in the 21st Century," "Factors for Effective Leadership," "Creating Activities for Modern Students," and "Problems and Obstacles in Activity Implementation," as well as teamwork skills enhancement activities, senior-junior relationship building activities, student showcases of specialized talents, and cultural activities such as the "Bai Sri Su Kwan" (traditional Thai blessing ceremony).
        In addition, students visited Uncle Thanom's Palm Tree Plantation to learn about local community economic development, broadening their perspectives and providing enriching experiences outside the classroom.
    The project aims to promote and develop students' leadership potential, coupled with the enhancement of essential 21st-century soft skills. It also focuses on building positive relationships between alumni and current students, providing students with opportunities to develop their potential comprehensively, and enabling them to apply the acquired knowledge to develop themselves into effective leaders in the future.
