The Service Business Management
program, Faculty of Management Science,
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, led
by Assistant Professor Dr. Mananya
Meenakhon, along with faculty members
and students, visited the Phraya Prasit
community in Dusit District, Bangkok, to
implement the “Project for
Developing Vocational Potential to
Enhance Community Income, Fiscal Year
2026.” The project aims to promote
vocational knowledge and create
opportunities for sustainable income
development for community
members.
During
the activities, faculty members,
instructors, and students closely shared
knowledge and provided vocational skills
training to community members. The
training included making “Ba
Bin,” a traditional Thai dessert
with potential for generating income and
creating employment opportunities.
Additionally, they taught product logo
design to add value and create a unique
identity for community products.
Students from the Service Business
Management program actively
participated, sharing their knowledge in
marketing and creative design.
This field visit reflects
the role of educational institutions in
integrating knowledge into social
development, providing students with
opportunities to learn from real-world
experiences through community work. This
strengthens vocational skills,
volunteerism, and social
responsibility.
This project is a
significant activity that improves the
quality of life for people in the area,
strengthens the community, and fosters
future growth in the grassroots
economy.
