Assistant Professor Dr. Chutima
Klaysung, Dean of the Faculty of
Management Science, along with the
executive committee, all vice deans,
faculty members, and relevant personnel,
participated in a training program on
organizational management using OKRs
(Objectives and Key Results). The
program was organized by the Policy and
Planning Division of Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University at the
Sunanthanusorn Auditorium.
Associate Professor Dr.
Chutikarn Sriwiboon, President of Suan
Sunandha Rajabhat University, presided
over the opening ceremony. Dr. Wichai
Limpitikranon, an advisor and expert in
economic development, business, and
human resource management, served as the
speaker, sharing knowledge and
guidelines on applying OKRs to enhance
organizational management efficiency and
achieve tangible results.
The program was attended by
executives, faculty members, and
personnel from the university's
educational units, campuses, and
learning centers. Its objectives were to
enhance knowledge and understanding of
the principles, concepts, and approaches
to organizational management using the
OKRs system, and to develop the
capabilities of executives and OKR
Champions to appropriately define
Objectives and Key Results. This aligns
with the organization's strategic
goals.
Furthermore, it
promotes the role of OKR Champions as
Change Agents, playing a crucial role in
driving, monitoring, and motivating the
university and its departments to
achieve their defined vision and goals,
leading to efficient organizational
development.
Participation in this training
reflects the Faculty of Management
Sciences' commitment to continuously
developing the potential of its
personnel and driving management with
modern management tools to enhance
operational quality and support the path
towards organizational excellence in
line with Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University's strategy.
