Assistant Professor Dr.
Arnop Panphuang, a lecturer in the Human
Resource Management program at the
Faculty of Management Sciences, along
with students from the 25th and 26th
cohorts of the Human Resource Management
Seminar course, participated in a field
trip to the Laem Phak Bia Environmental
Research and Development Project, a
royal initiative in Phetchaburi
Province.
This
field trip was organized to promote
experiential learning. Students visited
a model area for environmental
management and listened to lectures on
natural resource conservation, natural
wastewater treatment methods, and
environmental management based on the
royal initiatives. This project serves
as a significant model for sustainable
development, recognized both nationally
and internationally.
In
addition, students exchanged knowledge
on project management processes,
community collaboration, and human
resource development approaches aligned
with environmental conservation. This
knowledge can be applied to their future
work and organizational
development.
This activity reflects the Faculty of
Management Sciences' commitment to
developing students' potential by
providing them with both academic
knowledge and real-world experience,
creating graduates with vision,
awareness of social and environmental
responsibility, and commitment to
sustainable development in all
dimensions.
