The Faculty of Management
Science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University, led by Assistant Professor
Dr. Arnop Panphuang, a lecturer in the
Human Resource Management program, along
with students from the 25th and 26th
cohorts of the Human Resource Management
Seminar course, participated in a field
trip to the Blue Crab Bank at Hat Chao
Samran-Laem Phak Bia Community,
Phetchaburi Province.
This activity was organized to
provide students with the opportunity to
learn about participatory management of
marine and community resources, as well
as to study the process of community
empowerment through the conservation and
restoration of natural resources. This
serves as a concrete model reflecting
the concept of sustainable development
at the local level.
Students
exchanged knowledge with community
leaders and practitioners, and studied
the mechanisms of management, public
participation, and the driving of
activities for the common good. This is
important knowledge that can be linked
to the field of human resource
management, including leadership,
teamwork, and effective organizational
management.
This
field trip is another learning activity
that enhances direct experience outside
the classroom, opening students'
perspectives on the importance of
balanced resource management in terms of
the environment, society, and community,
and further developing their knowledge
for application in their work and
professional development in human
resource management in the
future.
