The Faculty of Management Science, Suan
Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized
a Soft Skills Development and
Professional Enhancement Project to
promote and develop the potential of
both academic and support staff,
preparing them for work, adapting to
changes in the digital age, and
enhancing skills in communication,
teamwork, leadership, creative thinking,
and emotional management essential
skills for 21st-century work.
On the first day, Assistant
Professor Dr. Chutima Klaysung, Dean of
the Faculty of Management Science,
presided over the opening ceremony,
providing policy and guidelines for
developing staff potential to keep pace
with the changes in modern society and
organizations. She emphasized the
importance of developing soft skills
alongside professional knowledge and
abilities to elevate the quality of the
faculty's operations to the highest
level of efficiency and
effectiveness.
The project was organized to
create a shared understanding of
operations under the same goals and
direction of the organization, as well
as to provide opportunities for staff to
exchange experiences, build
collaborative networks, and strengthen
good relationships among staff members,
leading to integrated work and
organizational development.
The atmosphere of the event was
warm and friendly, with the
participation of the executive
committee, vice deans, faculty members,
and support staff at Natthapol Resort,
Kaeng Krachan District, Phetchaburi
Province. In addition to being a
platform for enhancing essential
knowledge and skills, it is also a
crucial opportunity to foster unity,
organizational commitment, and effective
collaboration, thereby jointly driving
the Faculty of Management towards
academic excellence and professional
service.
