Assistant Professor Dr. Nattapong Techaratanaset, Deputy Dean for Research and Academic Services, along with Assistant Professor Dr. Kwanchat Wongchanthip, a lecturer in the Accounting Department and mentor, were assigned by Assistant Professor Dr. Chutima Klaysung, Dean of the Faculty of Management Science, to lead a team of selected students from the Faculty of Management Science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, to participate in a short-term training program in media production for marketing communication and a study tour at Dong-Ah Institute of Media and Arts (DIMA), Republic of Korea, for the 3rd time. The aim was to broaden their perspectives on creative media and enhance their international learning experience.
The first day of training began with a warm welcome from the institute's executives, faculty, and staff. The students then participated in a campus tour, visiting classrooms, media production laboratories, television and film studios, creative production studios, and modern facilities. This learning environment supports the comprehensive development of skills in the media and content industry.
In addition, the students learned basic Korean from the institute's lecturers to prepare for communication and understanding of local culture, while exchanging knowledge on media production for marketing communication in an international context.
On this occasion, we were honored to be welcomed by Mr. Jang Byung Min, Dean, Faculty of Content Creation, Dong-Ah Institute of Media and Arts, who warmly met, conversed with, and gave us a tour of the institute. This reflects the excellent relationship and academic cooperation between the two institutions.
The atmosphere throughout the event was filled with memorable experiences. All students gained hands-on learning experiences, exchanged perspectives on media production with a leading institution in the Republic of Korea, and were inspired to develop their potential to become international-level marketing communicators and content creators. This marks another important step for the Faculty of Management Science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, in pushing students onto the global stage through experiential learning and international academic collaboration.
