The Faculty of Management Science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, continues to drive the development of students' potential towards internationalization through the 3rd short-term training program in media production for marketing communication and a study trip to Dong-Ah Institute of Media and Arts (DIMA) in the Republic of Korea. On July 2, 2016, the 4th day of the program, students participated in in-depth learning activities in Studio Production and Korean Language, integrating academic knowledge with practical experience to prepare them for work in the international media and communication industry.
A key highlight of the training was the Studio Production learning session, where Mr. Jang Byung Min, Dean of the Faculty of Content Creation at DIMA, shared his knowledge and experience in every process of audio and video production, from production planning and concept design to filming, editing, and professional presentation. Students also had the opportunity to practice in a world-class studio, learn teamwork, and experience media production processes that meet international creative industry standards.
Simultaneously, students learned Korean through activities focusing on real-world communication, including writing, pronunciation, daily conversation, and self-introduction, building confidence in communication and opening the door to learning about Korean culture firsthand.
Beyond classroom knowledge, Students also exchanged experiences and built friendships with Korean students through collaborative learning activities in a friendly, creative, team-oriented atmosphere, fostering diverse perspectives. This invaluable experience enhanced their skills in communication, adaptability, and working in a global context.
The project was successfully implemented under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Nattapong Techaratanaset, Deputy Dean for Research and Academic Services, along with Assistant Professor Dr. Kwanchat Wongchanthip, a faculty member in the Accounting Department and mentor, who were assigned by Assistant Professor Dr. Chutima Klaysung, Dean of the Faculty of Management Science, to oversee and facilitate the students throughout their participation in the project.
