The Human Resource
Management program, Faculty of
Management Science, Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University, organized a
workshop on academic preparation, career
paths, and relationship-building
activities on July 10, 2026, to prepare
students to become professional human
resource personnel and to build warm
relationships between senior and junior
students.
The program was honored by
the presence of faculty members from the
Human Resource Management program who
warmly welcomed the new students, giving
advice and sharing insights on
university life. They encouraged
students to think creatively, act
boldly, be eager to learn, and use their
time throughout their studies to develop
their potential in order to become
professional human resource personnel in
the future.
In addition, successful
alumni from various professions returned
to share their real-world experiences in
academics, work, and self-development.

students shared stories of university
life, time management, part-time work,
participation in activities to develop
their potential, and preparation before
entering the job market. All of these
are valuable experiences that inspire
the junior students.
This activity
reflects that "HRM SSRU is not just
a place to study, but a learning
family" where senior students are
ready to pass on opportunities, junior
students are ready to learn, and faculty
are ready to support every step of their
students' success.
The day was
filled with an atmosphere of warmth,
friendliness, smiles, laughter, and
beautiful friendship. This is a unique
characteristic of the HRM family, which
is ready to grow together.
