The Faculty of Management Science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, is moving forward with systematically defining its organizational development direction. A meeting was held to develop the Strategic Plan 2026–2027, the Operational Plan for Fiscal Year 2027, and Key Results (KRs) to establish clear operational goals aligned with the university's strategy and adapting to the changes in the digital education era. The meeting took place in the Faculty of Management Science's meeting room.
The meeting was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Chutima Klaysung, Dean of the Faculty of Management Science, and attended by the Vice Deans, the Head of the Dean's Office, and heads of all departments. Participants brainstormed, exchanged suggestions, and jointly determined the faculty's operational direction in all dimensions.
       This plan development focused on defining measurable Key Results (KRs) linked to the faculty's strategic goals to enhance management efficiency, improve the quality of education, research, academic services, and collaborative networks, as well as produce graduates with competencies that meet the needs of society and the future labor market.
