[Announcement] Students can now pick up their health check-up result envelopes!
The Student Affairs Division has launched a search and queue system to make the pickup process quick and convenient. Students can check their "Envelope Sequence Number" and "Bundle ID" themselves before coming to collect their results.
 Steps to pick up your health check-up results (3 easy steps):
 Scan the QR Code in the image
 Enter your Student ID or Full Name in the search box. The system will display: •  Envelope Sequence Number • Bundle ID
 Click the button "This is my information — Queue for pickup," then provide your Envelope Sequence Number to the staff at the service point to collect your results immediately!
 Pickup Location: Student Affairs Division, 1st Floor, Building 56, Faculty of Management Science
 Service Hours: 09:00 AM – 04:00 PM
 Note: If your information is not found or the system advises you to contact the staff, please feel free to inform the staff at the service point.
