Assistant Professor Dr. Chutima Klaysung, Dean of the Faculty of Management Science, accompanied by Dr. Itthiphum Phromma, Associate Dean for Planning and Quality Assurance; Ms. Natchanan Nuanthananithinut, Head of the Planning and Quality Assurance Division; and Ms. Poolsiri Phromkul, a Senior Policy and Plan Analyst, attended a briefing on the guidelines for monitoring and evaluating Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the 2025 fiscal year operational plan.
The meeting was organized to ensure a unified understanding of the procedures for monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on performance based on the OKR framework. It also aimed to empower departments to effectively drive their operational plans toward achieving their established goals and outcomes.
The meeting was chaired by Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and was attended by university executives and staff.
This session played a crucial role in fostering knowledge and understanding of results-based management, ensuring that the operations of the Faculty of Management Science remain aligned with the strategic direction and goals of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University for the 2025 fiscal year. The meeting took place at the University Council Meeting Room, Building 31, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and was also accessible via the online platform Google Meet.
