President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University delivering the Chairman of the Communication Arts Program, Faculty of Management Science is the sole signing representative of the Rajabhat agreement from 14 media agencies and universities organize training courses for radio and television announcers in collaboration with the NBTC.

    Associate Professor Surasit Wittayarat, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Communication Arts Program,Faculty of Management Science assigned by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Luedech Girdwichai, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University is the representative signing in the signing ceremony of the MOU, training for 'announcer course in broadcasting and television business between NBTC with Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, with Asst. Prof. Supranee Watthanasin and Mrs. Nareenad Panbun, lecturers of radio and television broadcasting and the Executive Committee of the Bachelor of Communication Arts Program as the project organizer also participating in the ceremony.

      Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University is the only one of Rajabhat University that has been considered by the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission to carry out the said project between 2020-2022 (2 years) for the third round in order to organize a training program for radio and television announcers. begin level, intermediate and advanced level for the communication arts group students,Faculty of Management Science and courses for outsiders for academic services as well with the participation of 14 department heads and executives, such as Lieutenant General Sansern Kaewkamner, Director-General of the Department of Public Relations, Prof. Dr. Prasart Suebkha, President of Sukhothai Thammathirat University, Dr. Sudarat Dithayawan Chanthawattana Deputy Director of Thai PBS, Representative from MCOT Public Company Limited, Representative of the Royal Thai Army, Navy, Kasetsart University, University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, Maejo University, Dhurakij Pundit University, St. John's University etc. for this memorandum and the signing ceremony was held on December 17^th, 2019 at the Chao Phraya Park Hotel Bangkok.
