The Faculty of
Management Science at Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University held an online
meeting via Google Meet to outline the
framework for monitoring and evaluating
"Objectives and Key Results"
(OKRs) for the 2025 fiscal year. The
session aimed to foster a shared
understanding of the faculty’s
operational direction, success
indicators, and the strategies for
implementing its action plan to achieve
established goals.
The meeting was
presided over by Assistant Professor Dr.
Chutima Klaysung, Dean of the Faculty of
Management Science. She was joined by
Lecturer Dr. Itthiphum Phromma,
Associate Dean for Planning and Quality
Assurance, who provided an overview of
the OKR monitoring and evaluation
process at the faculty level, as well as
the faculty’s action plan for the
2025 fiscal year.
Key topics
discussed included a summary of the OKRs
cascaded from the Dean and Associate
Deans to the staff, the procedures for
monitoring and evaluating OKRs for the
2025 fiscal year, and the criteria and
methods for measuring "Key
Results" (KRs) aligned with the
faculty’s strategic objectives.
This ensured that all personnel gained a
clear understanding of the performance
indicators, evaluation methods, and
specific targets assigned to their
respective units under the 2025 fiscal
year action plan.
The meeting was
well-attended by the faculty’s
leadership team, all Associate Deans,
academic staff, and support staff. This
serves as a vital mechanism for
fostering a shared understanding of
operational practices, aligning
individual and departmental goals with
the faculty’s strategic
objectives. It facilitates systematic
performance monitoring and a focus on
outcomes, thereby driving the Faculty of
Management Science at Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University to effectively
achieve the goals set out in its
operational plan.
