Sunandha Rajabhat University Organize a
project to develop leadership potential
to excellence. Academic Year 2022 by Dr.
Pongsawee Supanonth, Deputy Dean for
Student Affairs led the student club
team of the Faculty of Management
Sciences Travel to participate in
activities at Rai Jiraporn Resort.
Ratchaburi Province The objective is to
promote and develop students to become
leaders. Activities include Lectures by
lecturers and senior alumni on the
topics: “Student Leaders in the
21st Century” “Factors in
Effective Leadership”
“Creating Activities for New
Generation Students”
“Problems and Obstacles in
Leadership in the 21st Century”
organized activities” and the
topic “Success towards being a
“Team Work”, an activity to
bond the brothers and sisters and
student activities showing their work
from their special abilities and Bai Sri
Su Kwan activities.
Dr.
Pongsavee Supanonth, Deputy Dean for
Student Affairs said, “The
Department of Student Affairs and Arts
and Culture Faculty of Management
Sciences has foreseen the importance of
developing students' potential and
preparing them for leadership in various
fields, both in management and in
operations. Develop yourself to be a
good leader. Discipline punctuality know
duty and self-responsibility and society
as well as the workload assigned
Including knowing how to adapt to
different situations Department of
Student Affairs and Arts and Culture has
therefore provided training and develop
student leadership potential, which will
help broaden the perspectives of
students in leadership. Able to apply
the acquired knowledge to develop
themselves to become effective leaders
in the future.”
