The Service
Business Management program took
second-year students enrolled in the
Catering Business course to participate
in a special lecture. Assistant
Professor Dr. Mananya Meenakhon, Head of
the Service Business Management program,
invited Mr. Non Yangrod, Executive
Director, and his team from Nittaya Kai
Yang restaurant to share their knowledge
and direct experience running a leading
restaurant in the country.
The lecture focused on
"Customer Characteristics and
Needs," a key aspect of operating a
service and catering business. The
speakers shared insights on analyzing
consumer behavior, understanding true
customer needs, creating memorable
experiences, and developing product and
service quality to meet modern consumer
expectations.
Mr.
Non Yangrod shared his experience
managing Nittaya Kai Yang, emphasizing a
commitment to quality standards. He
stressed the importance of selecting
fresh, clean ingredients and using
expert cooking processes to ensure
consistent taste and quality across all
branches, reflecting a truly
customer-centric business management
approach.
This activity
was a collaboration with the Nonthaburi
SME Federation, aiming to promote
knowledge linkages between the academic
and business sectors, providing students
with opportunities to learn from real
entrepreneurs. Strengthening the vision,
experience, and inspiration to become a
quality service business manager and
entrepreneur of the future.

experience is a crucial step in
developing potential and preparing for
the professional world of the service
